For your convenience, all rooms have free WiFi, a private full sized bath with a combination tub/shower, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, refrigerator and daily maid service.

- Maine 9% Lodging Tax plus 6% Service charge per night not included .
- All rates are based on double occupancy, $20.00 per extra person.
- All Rooms are Non-Smoking. $250 Charge applicable if found smoking inside the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed in the property except the Service Pets.
- Deposit is refundable with a 10 day notice of Cancellation. 10 days or less notice, first night is non- refundable.
